ABOUT FSRACA

The Federation of Sterilizing Research Advisory Councils of Australia (FSRACA) is a professional not-for-profit organization dedicated to achieving excellence in sterilization practices. Through education, research, communication, and professional advocacy, FSRACA strives to uphold the highest standards and ensure safe patient outcomes at all times.

Objectives

The Objectives of the Council are:

1. To promote the sharing of knowledge, research and investigation in the:

a. Principles and practices of sterilization and disinfection
b. Provision of sterile supplies
c. Control of infection and microbiological contamination in health care facilities and community services

2. To represent the professional interest of members of the Council In pursuance of these objectives, the Council may approve or endorse educational programs.

Committee members are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring effective governance, fostering collaboration, and driving initiatives that enhance the standards of practice.
